James is a senior member of the consultancy team and specialises in content and platforms – leading on the strategic planning and implementation of digital projects. He also heads up content targeting, front-line engagement and cyber security communications.
Before joining us in 2018, James enjoyed a career in news journalism and editing, before making the move into digital. He’s worked in agencies for 25 years, rolling out strategic digital publishing projects for internal and external audiences and developing specific expertise in gamification.
