Lu is a director of consultancy who drives our purpose, vision and strategy communications, as well as providing business coaching, workshop design and facilitation. She has extensive experience in HR and change communications and has spent much of her career working with diverse and hard-to-reach audiences.

Before joining us in 2014, Lu worked in corporate affairs at Nestlé specialising in internal, executive and strategy communications, leadership visibility, manufacturing, Corporate Social Responsibility and HR.
