Jeremy is our CEO and oversees all aspects of the business, including our growth strategy, our people proposition, client service and financial performance.

Before joining us in 2013, Jeremy worked for more than 15 years in internal communications and employee engagement. With experience of both in-house and agency side, there’s nobody better placed to oversee the big-picture operations of the wider consultancy.
