Rachel co-founded scarlettabbott in 2006 after a 15 year career leading IC functions in-house for large corporates.

As well as helping to run the business strategically, Rachel coaches, consults and facilitates at a C-suite level.

What lights you up outside of work?

“Travel! I get a huge kick from exploring nature, animal-life, wild places and interesting and diverse cultures. If I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring and re-wilding.”
