Before joining us in 2013, Russell started his career in fashion retail, managing stores and operational communications for a UK high-street brand, before extending his expertise through six years’ experience working with scarlettabbott’s global clients on a vast range of projects.

By gathering different perspectives, attending training sessions and working on a series of D&I projects, I’ve gained a unique perspective on the opportunity for internal communicators to be positive agitators for change within large organisations, to make working life better not just for minority individuals, but for everyone.”
