Lucy is a senior writer working with a range of our clients, fashioning copy for newsletters, emails, social channels and publications, as well as crafting content for campaign and strategy work. Interviewing is her favourite part of the job: she loves talking to people – from the frontline to the boardroom – unearthing their stories and bringing them to life.
Lucy's background is in journalism, having spent a decade working at
regional and local newspapers. She then crossed into agency life,
working in PR before moving into internal comms in 2017. She still has a
passion for print but has expanded her skills considerably since her
junior reporter days and now enjoys working in a variety of mediums,
especially audio and video
