As a project delivery manager with a keen eye for detail, Lucy works across our creative, content and consultancy teams to help bring our clients’ visions to life, on time and to budget.

Before joining us in 2020, Lucy worked at a London-based employee engagement agency specialising in creating live experiences to connect employees with vision, purpose and values. There she honed her project management skills, travelling around the UK and Europe to deliver major events. Most recently, she worked agency-side in Leeds, helping clients develop their employee value propositions.

What lights you up outside work?

“I’m currently attempting to tick off all 214 Wainwrights in the Lakes and I also volunteer with the girl guides.”
