Hayley is a Director of consultancy, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to our clients to help create people first cultures and experiences. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to create better employee experiences through every step of the employee lifecycle - focusing on reward and recognition, and internal comms strategies and campaigns.

Before joining scarlettabbott, Hayley worked in internal communications and employee experience for 18 years, heading up major client accounts and leading high-performance agency teams.

What lights you up outside of work?

“I live on the coast so you can find me swimming in the sea most days. My other loves are good walks, ice baths, traditional pubs and spending time with my children.”
