With keen attention to detail, Leila manages client projects from their inception to delivery, working closely with our creative, consultancy and content teams.

Before joining us in 2020, Leila spent ten years building strong relationships in the recruitment industry, most recently placing internal communications and change candidates. The insight she gained working closely with IC professionals gives her a valuable perspective on both the employee and employer experience, knowing what good looks like when it comes to engaging colleagues.
