Lucy joined the team in March 2022 as one of our internal communication consultants. She works closely with our clients and creative teams to develop solutions that create better worlds of work where everyone feels valued and engaged.

Prior to joining scarlettabbott, Lucy worked in a wide range of roles within various people functions, ranging from internal communications to organisational development. She has driven multiple projects across a wide range of sectors that have supported organisational engagement, cultural change and leadership and management development. Most recently, she worked as a senior business partner for a large education group, offering coaching and strategic leadership and management support.

What lights you up outside of work?

“I unleash my creativity through music. I’m a trained singer, and a member of York Singing Academy, where I take part in concerts and musical performances. I’m also a devoted long distance runner, obsessed with entering different races across the UK. My ultimate goal is to run a sub 3.30 marathon - maybe one day!”
