Lindsay is a behavioural scientist who uses that insight to guide strategy and creative development across the business. She regularly speaks at industry events about the application of behavioural science to employee engagement, and specialises in the science of motivation.
Lindsay holds an MSc in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science and her writing appears in a wide variety of industry publications, including Harvard Business Review, TheHRDirector, Workforce, CorpComms magazine and Human Resource Executive. She currently is a Forbes contributor, reporting on all things employee engagement, and co-author of the best-selling book Even Better If: Building Better Businesses, Better Leaders, and Better Selves.
Before joining us in 2019, Lindsay spent almost a decade supporting employee engagement efforts for some of Silicon Valley’s most powerful tech companies, financial industry giants, and US healthcare providers.
