Lindsay is a behavioural scientist who uses that insight to guide strategy, content and creative development across the business. She regularly speaks at industry events about the application of behavioural science to internal communications, and specialises in the science of motivation.
Lindsay holds an MSc in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science and her writing appears in a wide variety of industry publications, including Forbes, TheHRDirector, Workforce, CorpComms magazine and Human Resource Executive.
Before joining us in 2019, Lindsay spent almost a decade supporting employee engagement efforts for some of Silicon Valley’s most powerful tech companies, financial industry giants, and U.S. healthcare providers. She contributes regularly to thought leadership, through authoring blogs, white papers, and reports—all with an emphasis on behavioural science.
