Hester is passionate about telling stories that bring people together and fascinated by the role businesses play in the lives of their colleagues. She works closely with clients and our creative team to make people feel good about work.
Hester started her career in experiential marketing before moving in-house and managing communications in tech and interiors. She spent the last three years at one of the UK’s top grocery retailers, most recently leading a non-profit gender diversity initiative. Just before that, Hester managed the business’ IC content team, working with scarlettabbott as editor-in-chief on colleague magazines.
