As a director of consultancy, Steph helps clients with their employee engagement strategy, translating their business goals into solutions and staying one step ahead of what they want at all times. She leads projects through the consultancy, making sure work is delivered on time, to brief and within budget.
Before joining us in 2020, Steph built up more than 10 years’ experience in employee engagement where she managed strategic projects to drive behaviour change, improve performance and deliver measurable results for global clients. For both employee and channel partner audiences, Steph has designed and delivered solutions across reward, recognition, communication, incentives and events.
