Project delivery manager

Ali account manages for multiple clients, providing best-practice consultancy, project management and delivery of internal communication initiatives. She manages projects from the ideas stage to final delivery, offering creative ideas and strategic solutions to new briefs. Her specialist areas are design projects requiring printed collateral and ambient media.

Before joining us in 2018, Ali gained six years’ experience in internal communication with an audience of both office-based and operational employees.

Her previous jobs have seen her own communication plans and strategies, work closely with senior leadership teams and major stakeholders to increase employee engagement, and build and manage intranets. She’s coordinated Q&A workshops, managed town halls and employee engagement initiatives, and even produced staff magazines in-house.

What lights you up outside work?

“Family life and our home. I’m passionate about decorating and home décor, especially all things seasonal. Halloween and Christmas are big in our house!

I also love getting outdoors. I adore the countryside, going for walks and discovering hidden gems. We enjoy our holidays, especially to our second home in Mallorca and the Scottish Highlands.”
