Over the last few months, we‘ve had the privilege of helping our clients navigate the coronavirus crisis. We‘ve been proud to help shape the strategies and communications that have kept their people safe, informed and motivated, as well as looking further ahead to the post-covid landscape. As employees from a major professional services firm hastened to work from home, the topic of isolation and maintaining social connection became a priority. Employees found themselves in a variety of situations
– from missing the office buzz to lacking a quiet or uninterrupted workspace at home.

Coronavirus impacted employees’ lives in many different ways and reinforcing this while helping people stay connected during lockdown became key.
