When lockdown began, Visa‘s leaders knew they had to look after their colleagues and managers.

Managers are leading teams in a very different environment now that things are remote. It isn‘t something they‘re necessarily used to, and they need some help.

We know we’re more likely to follow through on something when much of the choice has already been squeezed out, so we created a short decision tree to guide managers through the remote-working maze on a daily basis.

We also created a series of GIFs for all colleagues, providing snackable tips for wellbeing and productivity. Feedback from a prior communication audit had uncovered that employees wanted short, visual bursts of information, so GIFs are a perfect solution.

The GIFs were produced for Visa Europe but were quickly picked up and shared by Visa’s Global team.
