A 100 per cent success rate and a top prize at the Global Equity Awards: it’s safe to say our RS YAY! campaign hit the mark.
When you’re giving away 100 shares to every employee, it shouldn’t be hard to get people on board. But when you have more than 8,000 colleagues in 32 countries across the globe, that task becomes a lot harder.
Multiple languages, cultures and financial jargon – you’ve got to cut through it all to help a campaign land. This was the dilemma faced by RS Group – leaders in industrial product and service solutions.
So how did we share the messages in a simple way that everyone in the RS family could understand? Well, we helped crack it thanks to some simple wordplay, transcreation, collaboration and heaps of joyous expression.
With every eligible employee taking up the offer of shares in the business and the campaign taking the Best Plan Communication Award for less than 10,000 employees at the 2023 Global Equity Awards, we’d say that’s a success.
