We‘re delighted to welcome Leila and Alice to the team.
Here‘s the press release in full:
scarlettabbott, an employee engagement consultancy, head-quartered in York, has welcomed two project delivery managers to support the team following a rapid influx in client work.
Leila McCausland transitions from a decade spent in recruitment, most recently at VMAGROUP, placing expert internal communications and change candidates at major global organisations.
Alice King returns to the consultancy, following her role as a project coordinator for The Soapy Group.
Leila said: “As a recruiter for internal comms teams, I heard great things about the work scarlettabbott was doing in the employee engagement space. I’m excited to join the team at such a crucial time as we help support our clients through some of their biggest challenges.”
Discussing the consultancy’s new hires, managing director Jeremy Petty said: “We’ve seen a huge upsurge in requests for support around employee mental health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion campaigns and remote onboarding as our clients find their feet in the new world of work. Leila and Alice will be crucial to the successful delivery of this work and we’re delighted to welcome them to the team.”
Leila and Alice are the first members of the team to join remotely as scarlettabbott continues to follow government safety measures. They will help the team support the consultancy’s clients across financial, retail, legal, logistics and technology sectors, both across the UK and globally.
