LV= is a mutual society with a proud history and a strong identity. But internal changes and external pressures meant it needed a robust plan to take it beyond 2020.
The business turned to us to help articulate that plan as a clear vision, and communicate it to all their people.
We worked with LV= to understand their purpose, ambitions and business plans. We then translated these into an inspiring, coherent vision narrative. With this in place, we helped LV=’s executive team to present the vision at manager roadshows, and an interactive learning experience for front-line colleagues.
Narrative nailed, we created a series of bold illustrations to help explain the vision. These featured on everything from posters to screensavers, and were the centrepiece of manager roadshows. We also designed a ‘workshop-in-a-box’ experience that managers could run with their teams throughout LV=.
Awareness and understanding of LV=’s vision went through the roof. We’re now working on a revamp of its values and behaviours to help bring the vision closer day-to-day.
