The solution? A digital sliding scale tool that allowed users to rate themselves against a pre-set behavioural profile for their level of seniority.
The tool generated a results report that users could refer to in their mid-year development conversations with their managers. It allowed colleagues to see what actions they could take to improve their scores over the next six months.
Nearly 900 people used the tool in the first week it went live. The positive feedback on its look, feel and simplicity was echoed across the business.
