Hubspot CRM Marketing Exec.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced CRM who can perform multifaceted marketing support within the business development team.


What you’ll do:

  • Support the Head of Marketing and Director of Business Development to deliver the Sales & Marketing strategy and drive change towards an Account Based Marketing model.
  • Be a Hubspot champion/superuser and support the development of our data management and qualified lead management processes including contact data entry and maintenance.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaign delivery from initial briefing and requirements gathering, planning, and targeting, set-up and creative, deployment and reporting which aligns with the marketing strategy and business targets
  • Help define, execute, and optimise customer lifecycle journey workflows through welcome/nurture to advocacy/referral.
  • Manage CRM data, segmentation, and automation to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Identify and action new opportunities for automated and triggered CRM programmes to gain production and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with the set-up, implementation, and reporting of data acquisition opportunities to help grow marketable database volumes.
  • Be a brand champion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and agencies.
  • Create and deliver presentations and reports on marketing activities, results, and recommendations to improve performance. (Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn)
  • Carryout various marketing admin tasks - database management and updating collateral etc.
  • Create and manage digital marketing content, including emails, paid ads, and social media posts.
  • Support website administration and content creation.
  • Champion CRM best practice and ensure all CRM activities comply with data protection regulations.

Required skills and experience

  • Our ideal candidate has a degree in marketing (or equivalent professional experience) and desirably has three plus years’ experience.
  • You are an experienced CRM executive capable of building, deploying, and testing CRM campaigns, using Hubspot.
  • You are experienced in using data, insight, and segmentations to define targeting groups, and have the ability to interpret data to measure campaign impact and effectiveness and identify actionable insights.
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build highly positive relationships cross functionally.
  • You are process driven with strong organisational and time-management skills for running multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with design software (Photoshop or Illustrator) and website CMS is desirable.
  • You have good knowledge of marketing channels, campaign execution, and social media for business and strong analytical, prioritisation, and copywriting skills.
  • You are highly collaborative and supportive, team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and are passionate in delivering high quality results with outstanding attention to detail.
  • You have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and be a strong team player.
  • You are extremely organised with good time management and a commitment to accuracy and outstanding attention to detail.
  • You have an ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
  • You have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written skills and have good all round IT knowledge and computer literate with Microsoft Office/Mac OS
