Pre-workshop: We’ll review your supplied background materials and the output from your audit to get a feel for the breadth of your existing IC channels.
In the interactive session, our two experienced consultants will explore your channels in detail, examining purpose, audience, your content publishing strategy, colleague feedback and interaction, and measurement.
We will create a content mapping exercise and share best practice from across the IC world.
We’ll then support you to consolidate all of the outputs and provide a comprehensive, designed channel matrix with individual channel briefs for use by the IC team and wider stakeholder group as you future-proof your channel landscape.
