With an innovative and client-orientated approach, Sophie is responsible for growing our client database as well as building strong relationships with existing clients and expanding on the level of product delivery we can achieve. By broadening clients’ knowledge of what we can offer, she creates action plans to address their employee engagement goals and ambitions.

Sophie has seven years of experience in recruitment and account management with a focus on customer experience. Drawing on many years of proven skills in project management, strategic planning and operations gained across a variety of industries, she ensures the best experience possible for our clients.

What lights you up outside of work?

“I love seeing the world, whether that be through weekend breaks or long holidays. One of my main goals in life is to see as much of the world as possible. My only wish is that I could bring my dog everywhere with me, too!”
