Guy is a senior creative communications professional, with over 20 years of experience in the internal communications industry. During that time, he’s worked with many of the top 250 companies in the UK and Europe, helping them to better understand how to enable, engage and motivate their people - to drive organisational change and performance from the inside out.
The early part of Guy’s career was in advertising and marketing, working as a copywriter and account executive. He moved into TV production in the early 90s which led to a freelance career spanning TV and corporate film in the UK and US. In 1999, he founded a specialist IC agency, which he ran successfully before joining us in the spring of 2019.
“I’m an instinctively creative writer, problem-solver and thinker. I like nothing better than a black sharpie and a blank sheet of paper. Through my work in corporate film-making, I became fascinated by how organisations communicate with their people, how that’s different to the way they communicate with their customers, and why. As a confirmed advocate of people-first organisations, I’m still fascinated by it.”
