We’re looking for a senior designer based in the York area to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role.

What you'll do
- Offer creative ideas, with technical and strategic solutions to new briefs
- Support live projects, right from ideas stage through to final delivery
- Meet clients and internal stakeholders face to face or over the phone, to discuss briefs and build strong working relationships
- Brief other designers and third-party partners and oversee creative work for allocated accounts
- Act commercially, delivering projects on time and on budget.
Your skills and experience:
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Powerpoint)
- Animation, storyboarding and/or digital capabilities would be good
- 5-6+ years’ experience. Please don't apply if you are a recent graduate or only have a few years' experience.
- Passion for great design and great service.
- Direct experience in internal communications would be a bonus.
Our ideal candidate will be an ideas-driven problem solver; a creative powerhouse capable of delivering brilliant conceptual ideas – and always with an eagle eye for detail.
You’ll work across an outstanding client portfolio both on and offline, so you’ll need to be experienced in pitching brilliant ideas to big clients. And when you’ve wowed them, you’ll lead the creative work internally, helping to mentor more junior members of the team.
We’re a busy consultancy so you’ll need to be quick, adaptable, enthusiastic and hard working. And, yes, we need you to be a team player who can also work independently.
We’re a York-based studio, but we’ll consider remote working solutions for the right candidate.
