Account executive / junior account manager.

We’re seeking an account executive / junior account mananger to join our growing team in London.

Is this you?

Ideally you’ll have 2+ years' experience in consultancy/agency as an account executive or junior account manager. You’re a self-starter with an unshakable can-do attitude; great at managing multiple live projects from brief to completion, while instilling huge confidence in those you work with by being totally “on it”.

You’re resilient, with high levels of personal accountability, passionate about being exceptional – disinterested in average.

Initially, you’ll be coming in to deliver campaigns and projects for one of our most prestigious accounts. Working directly with the Account Director, this role will give you exposure and the chance to develop to lead your own accounts in the future.

Experience working with or for Professional Services organisations would be a plus.

What you'll do:

  • Support live projects, right from the ideas stage through to final delivery
  • Be responsible for communicating the correct information to all members of the team, to facing into clients and reporting to the account director.
  • Meet with clients face-to-face or over the phone to discuss briefs and build strong working relationships
  • Offer creative ideas and strategic solutions to new briefs
  • Develop briefs and brief into designers, illustrators and partners
  • Manage projects, including planning of timescales and deliverables
  • Act commercially, delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Arranging meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements
  • Ensure quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
  • Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
  • Write and circulate status reports, contact reports, and budget trackers throughout the duration of projects to keep clients and peers updated
  • Help to ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years working in-house or in a similar agency environment preferred, though not essential.
  • An interest in creative communication, culture and people engagement
  • Ability to bring fresh and smart ideas to every project
  • A focus on delivery – on time, on budget, and excellence every time
  • Passion to learn, and a desire to drive your career forward
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • First-class organisational skills
  • A pro-active approach to creative projects
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and focused on delivery
  • A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client and colleague rapport
  • The confidence to give clients trust in your work
