Meet Eddie, bin-raider, tail wagger and chewer of slippers

Eddie (Edward when he’s naughty) is the latest canine addition to Team SA. He’s an absolute joy and never fails to bring a smile with his wiggly walk. Here, he tells us about what life is like with his long-suffering parent, Senior IC Consultant, Lisa Hawksworth.


Who was your favourite teacher and why?
My hooman. She gives me chicken for sitting. Chicken smells good.

If you could time travel, where would you go and why?
To before when Mac stole my bone. It made me sad.

Where is your favourite place in the world?
My lair. It smells good.

When you’re having a bad day, what do you do to make yourself feel better?
Potter, scratch, dig, snooze, sniff. Try and get belly rubs off the hoomans. Sniff.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?
Sit. It results in chicken. Chicken smells good.

What do you like to do on a rainy day?
Sniff. Rain smells good.

What was your favourite toy growing up?
The scrubbing brush is VERY good for chewing.

What’s your favourite season and why?
I’m only four months old.

What’s the worst thing you did and got away with?
I’m a GOOD boy.
